Terri grew up in Springfield, attending Springfield Jr. High and Springfield High School as well as the U of O. Terri moved to Seattle where she worked for The Boeing Company in different leadership positions, most recently as the Chief of Staff for the Everett Site Manufacturing Leader. After retiring it was time to move back home to Springfield. She is currently serving on the Wildish Board, Saca, Springfield Police Advisory Committee (SPAC), on the board of Springfield Renaissance Development Corporation (SRDC), is the Chair for the SPD Foundation (a 501c3 for the Springfield Police), and is on the SUB Board. She also volunteers and fosters for Patient Pet Advocates. She enjoys camping, scuba diving, and her animals.
