Box Office
Our in-person box office hours are only available for walk up service the hour before public performances due to a lack of staffing funds. We would love to offer more box office hours in the future! For now, please email info@wildishtheater.com for questions or some see us the hour before any public performance.
We encourage you to buy tickets online by visiting the events page and clicking the ticket button under the specific event you are wanting to attend.
Ticketing
Ticketing varies by event.
Some events will use the Wildish Theater's ticketing service, while other producers will go through their own ticketing service. The most accurate information will be found here on our site on the event's individual page.
Ticket Fees
For events ticketed by the Wildish, each ticket incurs a $3 service fee. This is applied whether a ticket is bought in person or online, cash or card, and it goes to our provider ArtsPeople and it covers credit card processing fees first and their abundant services we use. This is the case in for most theaters! Our choice to list it separately is in effort to be transparent about where your money goes.
For some events, tickets are donation based and purchased at the door. We can usually accept card for these events but cash is safer.

Parking
The Wildish Community Theater is located in downtown Springfield. There is free parking on the street and in the parking lots for 2-3 hours at a time depending on location. Please note that after 5pm and on Sunday there is no time limit for parking.
