Springfilm Presents: I Tonya

Springfield, OR – Join Springfield Public Library for a free showing of the Award-Winning Black Comedy I, Tonya at 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, February 19th at the Wildish Community Theater in downtown Springfield.

About the movie:

Tonya Harding is an up-and-coming Ice skater from a working-class background in Portland, Oregon. Her rise to stardom is overshadowed, however, when a nefarious plot to sabotage one of her rival skaters is uncovered and Tonya is caught in the middle of it. Presented as a docudrama and biting comedy, I, Tonya chronicles one of the more bizarre episodes in the History of US Sports.
