• Sing The Body: Queer Vocal Festival

Wildish Community Theater 630 Main Street, Springfield, OR, United States

A 3-day vocal festival, June 13th-15th in Springfield, OR. Centering the body and voice as instruments for collective liberation.
Amidst the rise of fascism, oligarchy, emboldened white-supremacy and record-breaking anti-trans legislations, Queer Choir Collective holds fast to the belief that "the role of the artist is to make the revolution irresistible" (Toni Cade Bambara). It is from this ethos that we present:

Sing the Body: Queer Vocal Festival - a celebration of 2SLGBTQIA+ and Global Majority voices, using song as a tool for connection, resistance, and igniting collective power.
