John Davis brings integrity, energy, and a creative approach to his
work with InEugene real estate. A native of Lane and Linn Counties, John began his career in
property management and construction at 21, driven by a passion for helping people find homes
they love. Now in his sixteenth year as a licensed Realtor, he has built a reputation for
excellence, representing buyers, sellers, and investors in both residential and commercial
markets.
Before entering real estate, John spent two decades in the film industry in Hollywood,
contributing to award-winning productions as a video editor, and motion control technician.
John is deeply committed to his community. He currently serves as Board President of the
Wildish Theater and sits on the Oregon Country Fair Board, the Springfield Arts and Culture
Awards Committee, and two charitable foundation boards. He also serves as Vice President of
the Springfield Public Library Foundation and is on the Books and Brew fundraising committee.
While serving as the Service Committee Chair for the Springfield Rotary Club in 2023, John
helped the Laurel Grove Cemetery Board secure a Historic Preservation Grant and volunteers for
the Springfield History Museum’s initiatives, including the "Haunted Museum" fundraiser.
John and his wife, Emily, are devoted to their family, including their two children and two rescue
dogs, Coco and Boomer. A UCLA Literature graduate, John enjoys writing poetry, reading, and
cycling. A passionate outdoorsman, he has explored the wilderness of the Cascades, High
Sierras, and Trinity Alps through hiking and backcountry camping. He has traveled to five
continents and looks forward to one day visiting Australia and Antarctica.
With a rare blend of professional expertise, creativity, and community spirit, John Davis offers
clients and colleagues alike a thoughtful and dedicated presence in every endeavor.
